1.What is eService?
eService provides access to Maine Public Service account information, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can review your last 12 months of payment and billing history, and view a bill online! Other future additions to eService may include online bill payment, energy usage audits, among other things.

2.How much does eService cost to use?
Absolutely nothing! We provide eService to our customers free of charge.

3.How do I use eService?
All you need to use eService is a recent copy of your MPS bill, a valid e-mail address, and an Internet connection. First, point your web browser to https://www2.mainepublicservice.com/cgi-bin/webcusinq. Then follow the four easy steps to create your profile.

4.Is the eService web site secure?
In short, yes. All data communication between your computer and the eServices computer is digitally encrypted via SSL. Also, we require specific pieces of information from your bill to help ensure you are who you tell eServices you are.

5.I have more than one MPS account. Can I use eServices to view all of them at once?
Yes! You can access all of your MPS accounts via eServices, and we even provide you with a summary page listing all your accounts and their balances. There is no limit to the number of accounts you can attach to your eServices profile.
