Standards of Conduct (per FERC Order #889)

The FERC granted  Maine Public Service Company's request for waiver of the Order 889 Standards of Conduct requirements on November 26, 1996, based on MPS' size and non-membership in any tight power pools. (FERC Docket No. OA96-5-000)
